Today, Belinda walked out of the store with an iPad jacket-less in an 18F weather and trodding over a mountain of snow after a winter storm, to save me from taking my 4 and 6 yrs old (who are improperly dressed) through that journey to make my purchase. What Belinda didn’t know is that this purchase was an urgent request from my mom who is in the hospital being treated for leukemia. Be kind, it does make a difference.”

“I went to look for shoes with my 13 year old. We went to 3 different places and struggled to find some that fit comfortably due to his skinny arches etc. DSW was the only place where anyone even asked if we needed help, and the employee that helped us was awesome! She took time to really help us the right style of shoe and size, and she was super knowledgeable and friendly. Not sure if she’s the manager- but she should be! ? We were both so thankful to find something that fit him well and looked good. Thank you!”
