Dishonest business run by high school dropouts. Save yourself and go ANYWHERE ELSE. They charge astronomical prices and lie about the time spent on labor. Sure, it's convenient with a nice sitting room. But if you have any self respect you will not take your car here. You can get literally ANYTHING done for a better price, done by better techs than here.

They charged me $200 to replace an air filter that costs $40 and 10 minutes to install. Terrible business practices. Would not recommend to anyone.

Came for a simple inspection. They broke my tire valve and charged me 120 to replace it. Will not be recommending this to anyone.

Experience exceptional service at here shop with a welcoming environment and respectful staff. We were provided a thorough diagnosis and resolved two problems by replacing necessary parts quickly. Plus, they even offer a complimentary driving service so you can sit back and relax while we take care of your vehicle. All this at a fair and reasonable cost.

I came here for a tire plug. I picked up a nail in my front driver side leaving the gym in the morning. They had it fixed within two hours. They suggested I replace my engine air filter along with some other repairs.I found out after the fact that discount tires plugs nails in tires for free as part of their business model to win new business. Woody's charges $40. That air filter they suggested replacing they wanted $130 to replace it. The Dealership can do it for $35. Woody's wanted $150 for alignment and the dealership can do it for $100. When I called Woody's back with the dealership pricing they didn't make any effort to match or beat their pricing. I was pretty surprised. I've always experienced the opposite.

I would be very cautious about using this mechanic service for anything other than an oil change.I had a check engine light issue and their diagnostics indicated low compression on #3 cylinder, their recommendation was replace the engine.I ended up taking my Audi Q5 to a Import specialist and they indicated the issue was a bad fuel injector. They were able to take care of the repair in short order. They also told me that previous work done by Woodies wasn't done correctly and they had to do it over. They talk about their quality of service and their ASE certified mechanics and their belief in Customer Service and treating you like family. That was not my experience.

Stopped in for an oil change and basic vehicle inspection. Service was great, they offered a shuttle back to my house so I didn't have to wait there because they were busy that day. I received an emailed report from them about recommended services along with pictures and explanations, the prices were good on the work. They came and picked me up to get my car, and they even had snacks and cold drinks in their customer lounge that I got to go on the road with me.Very pleasant experience, I'll definitely recommend this place, and I'll definitely be back!

I pulled up after 1:45pm with no appointment or call before and needed some brake work done, these lovely folks (Kyle) squeezed me in after letting me run a few errands before the SHUTTLE (yes shuttle) took me to my house to relax before they came back and picked me up. The lovely shuttle driver is Tim and he was so kind and funny, he made the ride to and from enjoyable. I was then checked out by Sean who was knowledgeable and gave me some best practice tips to maintain my vehicle going forward. I will be back and it was affordable! Thank you guys for such a GREAT experience!

We brought my sons Jeep in earlier this week for repair. When we dropped the Jeep off it was running fine, the check engine light was on, but it was running. I was called by Woodies technician and was basically told that the repair exceeded Woodies capabilities and the car needed to be taken to the dealership. I find this ironic as all the advertising I hear from Woodies is its a better alternative than the dealership? Regardless, my son came by to pick up the Jeep and paid a $139.59 "diagnostic charge". He then got in his car and started to drive home only to find out the car wouldn't move out of second gear. He pulled over and I had AAA tow it to the dealership. To make matters worse we called and got this appt two weeks in advance and was told that Woodies always guarantees their work etc bs etc bs etc. Obviously this is not the case, not only did they not guarantee it you took 139.59 of our hard earned money to screw up my car worse than it was when I dropped it off?!?!?!?! Do yourself a favor and find another repair shop.

Gave them a running car and got back a non running car! With no attempt to fix. When I made the appointment for my sons car 2.5 weeks ago and Josh knew we'd had them do work on the car in past he voluntarily let me know Woodies guarantees their work. Dropped it off first thing this am and the call we got from Woodies was they "can't fix it, take it to the dealer". My son drove it over fine and on the way home he called me terrified because the car was making tons of noises, every light on the dash was lit up, it wouldn't accelerate and once it did get going it wouldn't go more than 20 mph. To top that off they made me pay a diagnostic fee Unless you can make this right, never again Mr Woodie!

Just wow. So incredibly rude. I should have read the reviews, but I just needed an inspection, so I figured "How bad could it be?" Pretty bad. I called ahead and told them that I needed a ride back home once I dropped off my car because I had a tight day and a scheduled meeting. They said no problem. When I got there the shuttle driver was out on a run so I waited a minute, which turned into 20. Now, they know where this guy is on GPS, so if he wasn't going to be back they could have told me when I checked in. When I got agitated that I was now missing my meeting I asked where the best place was to wait for the driver. They told me to go ahead and take my keys/car and not to ever come back. Ever? Spread the word.

Typical Dishonest mechanic shop... Called to get a quote on a transmission flush, said they couldn't do it over the phone and that I need to drop my vehicle off and have them take a look before they can quote me.. so I went to the shop and they quoted me immediately (didn't need to drop off the vehicle or even tell them the make or model.......) Also, they charge $70 more than the dealer does... thanks for wasting my time Woodie!

I've used other Woodie's around Charlotte and was excited to find one near my house. All I needed was an inspection and they were able to fit me in quickly on a Saturday while I was off work. I dropped my car off in the morning and they were done within three hours. I don't remember who my service advisor was but I was thankful they got me in and out quickly. I plan on coming back if I have any other car needs. (Fingers crossed that I don't have any car problems!)

Don't go here. I tried to make an appointment twice for an oil change, only for both appointments to be cancelled. This time the appointment was canceled because of covid restrictions . What a joke. it's March 1st 2022! Restrictions are lifted now . But I have to think this is God was trying to tell me something. I don't think this is a legitimate business. Think Mattress Firm people.
