love this store, amazing product. I come here often and Meech is always super helpful. She brought me all the clothes that I wanted in the dressing room and complimented me and waited on me hand and foot. Will be coming back because of her!

WoW! Exceptional customer service at this Hamilton Town Center location. Plenty of free parking around the store. My daughter received a gift card for a customized skateboard. We visited on a Friday afternoon. Our salesperson was friendly, personable & knowledgeable. She helped my 10 year old pick and choose every part to her new board. It was even assembled in store, in about 10 minutes. We could not have received better service! 1000% recommend this location for all of your skateboarding needs.

Waited a long time (15 minutes) to be helped while the team members socialized with their friends. When I was finally helped l, the “manager on duty” didn’t seem to know what she was doing whatsoever. She struggled to find the correct item. After about 45 minutes of going back and forth trying to find the correct shoe, she still didn’t have a shoe.

The employees are cool but the curly haired manager is a joke. Very rude.

I went here to buy some pants and not only were they closed 45 minutes EARLY but some punk a** kid decided to give me lip because I put my face on the glass AS A JOKE and THIS KID had the AUDACITY to call me a four year old hahaha I let him know I'd be shopping at any other Zumiez but this one. Love the franchise, but I hate a**holes. He has curly hair and was maybe a shift leader. Zumiez check your management and employees and inform them how they should treat customers with respect, and maybe keep the store open to the time it's supposed to close, if I could give 0 stars I would.

I’ve been here twice with my teen daughter. Both times were the best customer service I’ve ever had. The staff were so attentive to my daughter and helped her piece things together and had fun with her. The environment is cool and every employee seems to love being at work. We are definitely life long customers.

Skaters beware. I was well aware that this place was known for deceptive marketing tactics, and selling you off on cheap longboards marked up for over $200. Just recently my board became too dangerous to ride so I needed an upgrade on some trucks and hardware. I came here in hopes that I could at least replace some parts, but in order to upgrade I had to dish out $250 for a new board just to get trucks because they don't sell them separately. Eventually I rode the board a good amount for three weeks and then start hearing squeaking from the board. I come to find out it has rusted and was cheaply made and sold for a ridiculous markup. I had no choice but to take apart the board (luckily I knew how to build boards). I was only able to keep the deck, bearings and wheels in decent condition, and paid $250 for just those three parts to keep. That should total to $150 at most alone. I was screwed over by around $100 due to deceptive staff and marketing.
