The voice mail to contact pharmacy staff is ridiculous and says the customer is not important. If we were important someone would answer the phone. How am I supposed to reach the store by voicemail? Or is that not worthwhile? Also when the pharmacy is off for weekend do we just guess their days off or do we leave a voice mail and ask. Incredibly rude staff. Have to leave a voicemail to speak to staff. They couldn’t fill my significant other’s medication and failed to relay that message. He is now out of surgery and in terrible pain. Zero stars if I could.

I love our North Judson, CVS store. For living in a small town, I am grateful to have this store . The pharmacy does such a great job at answering the phones in a timely manner now and I feel they have more coverage with staff. They are very personable and they go out of their way to help you, including saving money. Danny, the pharmacist does a great job, answering questions as well.Carl, had the place looking very clean. He was friendly and helpful in making sure I found what products I was searching for. He even told me about some great deals for next time.I feel we have a great team here! Great job, guys!?

I honestly don't understand how this place stays open. There were 3 employees there when I went in for an item today. Not a single employee said hello when we entered they just continued with their conversation. When we were ready to check out the employees could not even bother to ring us up walking us over to the self check out and prompting us to ring ourselves out so they could continue with whatever conversation they were having before we walked inside. Now I remember why I'd rather drive to knox to give walgreens my business over this establishment.

Courtney was honestly the best customer representative I have ever felt with.every time I come in to CVS she greets me by my name and with a smile. She makes you feel so welcome and always wants to help make your shopping so much more easier. Thank you Courtney keep up the amazing job!

My wife called the pharmacy about getting her meds transferred and they was really nice and ready to help. Also had meds ready within 10 mins. Great people

No hours sign on the door, walked up at 2 minutes past 6, the door opens but a worker is standing right inside shakes his head and says closed. Put an hours sign on the door and you wouldn't have to guard the door. And who doesn't lock the door once they're closed!?

The worst. Ive tried calling the pharmacy before and they pick up the phone and hang right up just to stop the ringing. They never answer the phone. The lunch period…ridiculous… staff accordingly. They always seem to be in panic mode, behind on orders, dont always have certain meds, etc just a general disaster of a pharmacy. I feel for the workers because it probably isn't their fault but CVS needs to fix whatever is going on at this location.

Cvs carepass. My $10 kept disappearing on my card. Emailed no reply. After 3 months of my carepass money disappearing I canceled. They took payment anyway and once again the $10 is gone. Issued on the 7th. Standing in line i decided to check card. Good thing cause it was gone. I had to put Christmas lights back. Just got off phone with them. Too bad nothing they can do. That's $40 stolen from me and nobody cares. My daughter canceled a couple months ago. Same story.
