Excellent Service & Great Prices at Quik Carts!
I was initially hesitant about buying batteries on Facebook, but I was more than pleased with the quality and service from Quik Carts. The owner was very quick to respond to my phone call, offered a great price, and had a warehouse in Westfield, IN, which made pickup super convenient.
At first, I was a bit skeptical about the payment options since they only accept PayPal or Cash App. With all the scams going around, I was cautious. However, I went to the warehouse to verify everything, and I was glad I did. The people there were great, the batteries were brand new, and the service was excellent.
Quik Carts saved me nearly 30% on my golf cart batteries, and everything has been working perfectly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable battery replacements!

Great deal on new lithium battery and conversion kit for my EZGO TXT. John recycled my old lead acid batteries and I planned to do the conversion myself. The project was bigger than I thought as I needed to replace the battery tray due to rust. I took all the parts back to John and in just a few days he replaced the battery tray, installed lithium battery and related conversion kit. John is great. I am a happy customer.

Worked with the owner on converting our 2004 club car to 6-8 volt batteries. He was patient and helped us through text figure out how to do it. On top of that, he was super easy to deal with and reasonable with his prices! Definitely recommend going here!

Initially took my cart to a local shop right down the street thinking they were competent because well… they must be right…they have a brick and mortar storefront on a busy road right down the street. Long story short, when I finally received my cart back from them months later after it had baked outside in the sun in their yard, and thousands of dollars in charges, I received a cart that was way worse off than when I left it, rewired and almost nothing worked. Lights in front , back, horn, winch, regen, etc. Couldn’t even get it into forward and reverse initially. Basically, the only thing that worked was the turn signals, 2019 cart I had bought new, limited use, stored inside, almost brand new when it went in.I found Quick Carts and spoke with John. I was able to get it on my trailer and over to him. Little over an hour drive from the Long Beach Indiana area, not bad. He went through everything undid a lot of stuff, rewired the thing, and now hey! ….everything works perfectly. The pricing was super reasonable, the communication on status was awesome, super quick turn around, just all-around great business practices. I told John I was going to start a side business in my town trailering carts back and forth over to his shop. I plan on running my cart over there every year or so for maintenance and this place is 100% my go to spot for batteries or anything golf cart related.

I had a cart two other places that could not fix it heard about John called him told me to bring it to him 1 week it was fixed fantastic place fantastic person ending up buying 2 sets of batteries at a fantastic price need grate service and great prices John is the man to go to thank you for the great service ? ?
