This post office is horrible. Not even for a standard 8hrs. Closes for 1 1/2hrs for I would assume their lunch. Then closes at 4:30. Physically can’t make it to retrieve packages. This town needs to have mailboxes

Used to be a good post office. I guess the brains retired. Wish I could leave 0 stars. Send our package to destruction the day it's received by officeand claim we moved and provided no new address, same "postmaster" who gave us the change of address form. Unbelievable! Typical control freaks. And we just gave them $10,000,000,000 bailout money in 2020

I go to the post office on a bi-monthly basis to buy stamps. Every time I go there they're always very friendly and helpful. They're always very helpful and showing me the newest stamps that are out and showing me the selection available. I mail a lot of odd sized and weight envelopes and everyone there has been more than helpful to weigh them for me and let me know how much postage I need for them, and what stamps would be best. The lines move quickly. I have always had a positive experience with the staff inside the office and the people delivering our mail.

Seriously needs some help. Why would you close at 4:30 and not 5 in a town where you have to come there to get your residential mail...? Hope you don't work 9-5 like 80% of America! Being open only 2 hours early on a Saturday doesn't allow for any wiggle room. Good luck getting a package. They won't help you even at 4:33.

The goal of the post office is to get the mail delivered. If a long time resident of over 20 years is not known by now? Sometimes important mail comes with the physical address due to the nature of the document. But you do not know the long term residents enough to get that final delivery? Not the definition of providing a service. Not good customer service at all. Not even an attempt.

Called to let them know I would be dropping the renewal form off today after hours because I am at work during the hours they are open. I was told I could not drop off my paperwork without showing my ID to get it unlocked. I explained I couldn't get in during open hours, she began yelling and saying she wasn't going to argue that too many people are getting free boxes? She refused to give me her name, told me to :figure it out" and hung up one. I called back several times and could not get anyone to answer. How can the post office not make accommodations for those who are unable to get there between the strange hours?

Absolutely horrible. They send back over half of your mail even if it had po box on it. They will send back everything that has a street address on it. so if a company doesnt pay attention to the po. Box you provide and sends stuff out to a physical address. You aren't getting your mail!

Terrible service. Doesn’t even deserve the one star. Loses people’s packages on purpose. Tried to nicely explain that I knew my package was delivered there and still got nothing but attitude from the older lady working. I suggest getting a mail box because this post office is the worst I’ve ever seen.
