Dislike the unclean atmosphere. Counters, floors, and machines have been filthy for many months now. Flys are all over inside the building even in the winter. Try to use the order ahead app and end up spending twice as long to receive your food. As in the case of my last visit. I ordered my food 20 minutes before arriving at the location. I pull into line only to follow 4 other cars to the side parking because we ALL had app orders which STUPIDLY are NOT created until you reach the store. I had ordered 3 double cheeseburgers and onion rings which takes this place normally 20 minutes plus to make in the first place. Then I was expected to wait inline behind 4 other app orders which should also have been pre-made. However they have NO problem CHARGING you full amount as soon as you make this order. Therefore I had to wait for a refund to come days later after refusing to wait over 30 minutes for my food to be made following the 20 minutes that had already passed since I was CHARGED for the order. This makes NO sense of any sort to me.

I NEVER Realized when you order a Chicken sandwich they just throw 2 chicken strips on it and charge you that so called price. I mean instead of doing that wouldn't you just say sorry we currently don't have the sandwich!

This is by far the slowest drive thru I've ever been too. The food is mediocre at best. When ever I get my food the box is covered in grease. I wouldn't recommend this to a friend or anyone trying to get food within the same hour they arrived.

Had an issue with the pos system in this location. Our order didn't go through. To the cooks . So we didn't receive our order in a timely fashion. The team went out of their way to make it right,By apologizing and evenGave us. Free meal tickets for the future,So me and my duaghter thank the. North Manchester Indiana team. For going above and beyond.

Orders were getting messed up, so it made it longer for people to get their food. I ordered mine on the app, and it still took almost an hour before I got my food. I totally understand they are short staffed, but after watching what was going on, it looked like they needed better management.

Out of pumpkin blizzard so ordered peanut buster parfait. No hot fudge on top and used peanut crumbles instead of whole peanuts. Not like any I've had before. Did not enjoy.

medicore food but the atmsphere is phenominal so clean,service was fine.the service was just boring no nice people just boring im guessing their minumum wage which is fine.food was bland toast was awful but i liked the tendies it made up for the soggy fries

They did flip my blizzard, but some spilled out because the ice cream wasn’t thick enough?The sandwich was good tho.
