Literally been trying to get ahold of someone to get my gate code changed for two weeks now. So apparently customer service is non existent here. Guess that's why it was cheaper than most other places. Cause they don't actually pay people to help customers or at least do their jobs.

The most amazing owners! They truly care about their customers and our belongings. They have been diligent in making the facility safe for customers belongings. They are always ready and willing to help when they are needed. I would recommend Ace over any other storage facility hands down.

My storage unit got broken into \u0026 several items stolen over 3 weeks ago, and absolutely zero action was taken by Ace HWY 50. I filed a police report \u0026 left a voicemail to the company on May 12. I’ve yet to hear back from Ace, however, they made sure to take my payment for June. Poor customer service considering I do pay the insurance on the unit for the month. If I wasn’t in NY for work I would have moved the remainder of my big furniture out already. Would never recommend this storage unit.

Very easy to deal with. Convenient auto payment option. Easy access from highway 50 and fair prices. I have used them multiple times when I need storage.

From my searches its the Cheapest around. and very nice people. I love the gate they have which you need a code to enter.

Very nice people to work with. Always willing to assist if there’s a problem. Rates are very reasonable, would definitely rent from them again.
