I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Country Chevrolet. In particular my salesman Brad Bennet, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I purchased a used 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD, which had no warranty. A few days after my purchase the key fobs intermittently quit working. I wasn't happy but hey, it's a risk you take when you buy a used vehicle. I contacted service and took the vehicle in but they said it didn't mess up. The next day I had problems again, so this time I contacted my salesman Brad, and he said to bring it back in and they would make it right. I took it back in 4 times as they tried different things, including a new body control module, to fix it, and each time they gave me a loaner vehicle. I definitely wasn't happy about the inconvenience of having to bring it back, but I was thoroughly impressed that they were going to stick by their word and make things right. In the end they got it fixed and I love my new to me truck. Thank you for being a stand by your word dealer! This was a used truck and by all rights they could have said it was sold \"as is\", but evidently that's not how they do things and I'll definitely be back. Thank you to everyone there!

My wife and I stopped in to look at corvettes. They had several. I was pleasantly surprised at the low-pressure sales staff. It's a laid-back back environment. They seem easy to deal with.

Pleasant people in service. They were great to work with. The service included satisfying a GM recall request. Along with that an oil change and tire rotationwere completed. All was done in the time that the service representative said it would take. I was very happy.

The staff was nice, kept me informed of what was going on, and got my truck in and out in less time than I expected. I just wish the "Check Engine" light on my new truck (only 12k miles) had not came on and now I'll worry about it every time I make a trip.

Tanner really helped my mom with buying a truck and finding the right truck for her. The pricing was fair and the service was phenomenal. Really appreciate Tanner and everyone at Country! We'll definitely be back and will send our friends there.

It's very rude when you call to ask about a SUV that you saw on their website and they tell you it's gone. Then they tell you they will see what else they have and call you back, and guess what...they never call back! Not good for business!

Charlie in the body shop is an absolute Rockstar! She is always friendly and does everything in her power to make sure you are in and out with the fastest, most efficient service possible. She also does all the back and forth with the insurance companies which is a God send. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
