Made the second purchase from Balaji. Both the times with proper tracking number. Unlike other sellers for an item which i bought, he didnt accept the payment till he could send me all the small bits included in that list and on top got it delivered within 2 days. As a window shopper I have always thought his prices are atrocious, until I mustered the courage to buy something very rare, especially during covid times where shipping is the biggest challenge. He handled the whole transaction professionally and worked a way out with the courier that no one else would do, especially in the current scenario.
