Don't waste your time. Was told they couldn't change anything on my account, I'd have to call a number, even though I'm an admin. Went to the Seymour store and was helped right away with getting a new phone, no issues, and in person.

What an outstanding staff, Kristi Cooper, she went above and beyond with not only advertising but also on convincing me to consider switching my service to Verizon. She was well knowledgeable and informative with the services and the devices. She took her time to navigate me through some daily technological problems I have with my cellular device and with internet connection.
