Customer service was great, and I was able to bring my daughter along while I pulled the part. Even grabbed her a candy bar and a drink on the way out, will definitely come here again! The other customers there at the same time were helpful and even offered help to me.”

“Changed a few things in my truck everything they changed works perfectly. something else went out on my truck when I picked it up I took it to my dads to take a looks at it then I got angry and called TNT being rude and making accusations but I made an appointment. I went in today we found what we think the issue is and we talked about how rude I was and I apologized because I made false accusations and I was extremely rude I now have an appointment to verify the issue and to see what’s next. I would like to thank the man that was working the counter for handling my rude remarks and accusations like a man and actually talking to me and not being rude he handled the situation very well thanks to all of the workers here also for always working on my families vehicles with car.”

“I went in, needing an alternator for my wife’s Nissan Marano. And this gentleman named Harley was nothing but helpful very nice honestly just his respectfulness and everything is what made me switch from the other auto store when the price of the alternator was exactly the same. With that being said he gained a new customer that day. I am now an O’Reilly’s customer! O’Reilly’s sold me a bad refurbished alternator, when I took it back instead of just replacing it with another refurbished they gave me a brand new alternator at the same price of the refurbished. O’Reilly’s understands what it’s like as a regular every day person to need something and not be able to get it or get it and it not work so they do what they can to make it right and I will not shop anywhere else now. Thank You O’Reillys and Harley!!!”
