“These folks do their best to make everyone feel welcome and at home. The food is great quality and great price! The drinks are always cold and best prices in the county! Tuesdays and Fridays are the best nights to go! Also check out the charity games and progressive games. The American Legion not only supports Veterans and their families but also the community!”

“My wife and I and two of our grandchildren attended the Camp Mack 5 Oct 24 festival. It was a great day! The weather cooperated and traffic was light. The food, live entertainment singing terrific Christian music, the food and treats were amazing to include an old pioneer favorite kettle corn processed right on the spot. Monster cookies were a big hit, I must say. The staff were friendly and excited to meet and see new faces. The vendor’s were made up of various local churches catering their food specialties at a very reasonable price. My grandson and me enjoyed a very relaxing hay wagon ride around the camp grounds. I wish to extend a special thank you to the couple who were demonstrating the pottery process but especially their willingness to show and allow my grandchildren to actually sit down and create a cup each out of clay on the pottery wheel. This was their first experience at the potters wheel and I just want to thank the gentlemen who was kind enough to share his expertise with two young hands. They will never forget his kindness, who knows one day they both could be potters themselves. My thanks to all those who made this event possible. It was a fun time and I look forward to the next time. God Bless! Rick, Linda, Benjamin and Bella ?”

“I’ve taken 2 certification courses with Trinity and it’s an absolute blessing of an education. I highly recommend the Flower Essence and Master Herbalist Courses. The knowledge gained is worth every minute of study and class work that’s required.”

“Cardinal Center services has been a pinnicle in the community, helping disabled individuals have normal uninterrupted lives regardless of their disability. That being said, the business is being closed out durle to it's parent company and the remifications are yet to be seen. It is already known that the businesses that have worked with Cardinal Center Services have already been told that that production is coming to a stop. We will see how they continue to be a part of your community.”

“I have been coming to the Warsaw YMCA for a few years and have always enjoyed lifting weights and swimming. My winter goal in the pool was always to hit a mile. This is a good goal for me as I am not the best swimmer. This all changes for me. My husband and I have scuba diving for 32 years all over the Caribbean with our dive friend. It’s always the first week of November. Our last day , last dive for the week I ended up getting decompression sickness. We got flown to mercy hospital in Miami where I ended up with total body paralysis. It turned into a stroke. I was in the decompression chambers for eight days 5 1/2 hours each day. Where you could not drink or eat or move. This was extremely hard for me. This has been one of the hardest things for me to go through. We are now back home in Warsaw where I am going to occupational therapy twice a week and doing my exercises three times a day. This week I felt good enough to start going to the YMCA. Tuesday I lifted. The feeling I had lifting weights is hard to explain. Just two months ago I had total paralysis all over my body. The YMCA in Warsaw makes me feel alive. It strengthens my soul as well as my physical body. Wednesday I swam. I was very apprehensive about swimming as I didn’t know how my left arm would do. The water and moving my arm was an amazing feeling for me. I will never take working out at the Y for granted anymore. I was in tears walking out the door. I give all the glory to God for my healing. My left arm is what I have to work on as it is my dominant arm. Thank you for letting me tell my story.”
