CVS pharmacy is at it again. I called between 10am-11am, waited 40 minutes on hold to no one answering the phone at all. I finally gave up and hung up. I called back around 12:30 and finally a human answered the phone. But no help, they forgot to send in a request for my son's needed prescription. But how nice of them to have me call the doctor to send it over to them instead of them sending the request. Great job CVS pharmacy.

I have never had a problem with this CVS. We moved her from Chicago 4 years ago. They are always friendly and accommodating. Even the pharmacy while I transitioned from Chicago to here. They always have everything I need! Don't let a few bad reviews bother you. Some people are just crabs!

Had a script sent at 4 pm went in at 7 pm and they had not received it. I now understand all cvs computers were down for two days and that's why my script hasn't gone though. They should have let there clients know that there computers down. I really need antibodies to feel better I would have sent my prescription somewhere else. Not only this time but this cvs always takes hour or days to refill prescription. I guess I will have to start going to Warsaw.
