“We have been waiting along time for great internet. We finally have it , with Ligtel. It was a great experience from the customer service through the installation. Fiber Optics is fast and we now have a 4 k picture on our tv.This is a great opportunity for those who have slow or no internet. The price is reasonable, so Get it!”
“They were very caring about the issues I had with my phone, but they could not help me. Apparently, Verizon has decided to take the techs out of the Verizon stores. This is nothing to do with this store as they were great. But Verizon....I have been with you for over 20 years, yet you rake my bill over the coals every month, charge an ungodly amount, have me pay $60 a month alone for insurance on my plan yet when my screen did crack beyond visual or touch availability...I was forced to pay $100 for a replacement phone which I'm pretty sure was used and I was still unable to get all my data off my broken phone because "Verizon simply does not have techs working in the stores anymore, and the staff can't help if they can't see the screen!!) Well, DUH Verizon, I would have got my data if I could have seen my screen myself. Or done Samsung switch. But thank you, for yet one more reason to add to my list of why to leave Verizon.”
