“It's not a bad small town post office. Only complaint is the lack of a direct number to call when you need to contact your local office. When you drive there, they're friendly. Lori is very sweet.”

“Walked in to the Pierceton post office to inquire about a misdelivered package this morning.
Clerk said they would send a carrier to the retrieve it and bring it to me, but it was right across the st from my house, so I said I'd just swing by on my way home.
They gave me their cell phone number and said call if I was unsuccessful.
I retrieved the package with no issues.
Clerk was friendly, apologetic, and went above and beyond to help.
