I think we had a server who along with our table of three had a table of 9 and then helped a group of 30+ later on . Sat around for 15-20 min until she came back up to get drink and good order ( said she would be right back ) Drinks, 2 waters and lemonade , took 10 -15 min to be brought to table and she forgot the beer I ordered . I had to remind another server , who brought it out 5 min later(2 min before the food arrived) . I never finished the beer ! Then one of our burgers was ordered correctly but delivered wrong ; we decided to eat it rather than wait for it to be remade. Food was awesome but disappointed with the server on this visit

Legends is a perfect pre game location. Like everything at Notre Dame, it's really well done on all aspects. The food was excellent, it was a fun environment, and the service was perfect.

Great location and service. Prices are a bit steep for the food you get, but it's a fair trade for the convenience. Will come back!

Will not make this mistake again. We are not fans of going to established sit down restaurants to be served pre- prepared mass produced food. I would say this about the fish and chips. Legends fish is to Fish as McNuggets are to Chicken. Hand dipping is not that difficult. Culver's does it, for goodness' sake. This fish was embarrassing and flavorless. Fries were good. Pulled pork- meh. Pretty sure that was from a prefab frozen container with sauce added. Was there horse radish in the tartar sauce? If so, why? A Guiness should not have a one inch head on it. The fried pretzels tasted ok, but wouldn't it be better to do a really good pretzel made as pretzels were intended to be made? Overall, there is a disappointing lack of pride in doing food well. Even tavern food can be done well when someone cares. The app will not let me add the picture of fish that appear to be cut from cookie cutter.

My wife and I brought our 2 younger boys before a ND hockey game. Service was great, food was great and it was an overall great dining experience for kids and adults. Will be back soon!

We were sat right on time for our reservation but our waitress didn't come to us for 20-30min. She kept disappearing, making it difficult for us to get more drinks. We had to wait for a pretty long time for our food, one of the meals came out wrong as well. We went there because we were attending the hockey game after and the wait almost made us late to the game.

It was a good place to go with a friend for good food and good conversation. I=love the way they have decorated the place with Notre Dame Memorabilia. And, it wasn't just the things that you see all of the time.

Legends accommodated our party of 10 very well.. we originally reserved a bar table and realized might be too small for the kids and they reaccomodated us to a regular table that was much bigger with no issues. We were thankful it was not crowded due to the inclement weather so it didn't feel cramped at all. The wing and pretzel bread appetizers were great.. I enjoyed the whiskey glazed salmon/qionoa/carrots and the guys had the ribeye steak with brussel sprouts/potatoes and chicken fingers. The peanut butter burger was enjoyed by our 9 y.o. Twin Grandsons. Ahmed was a great server and so kind and quick to help us! The weather was bad and we were also thankful they were open and it was close to where we were staying for a few nights! Great location as well!

What a great way to prepare for a Fighting Irish Women's Basketball Game! We had made a reservation in advance and we were seated immediately upon arriving. The atmosphere is outstanding, especially if you are a Notre Dame fan! We were immediately greeted by our server, who was friendly, attentive and efficient. Because, at a game earlier in the week, an opponent player missed two free throws in a row, we were rewarded with a free nacho plate and WOW was it good. We followed that up with delicious hamburgers, chicken wings and good conversation. The meal was filling, the service was terrific and we finished just in time for the short walk to Purcell Pavilion to take in another victorious game by the awesome Notre Dame Women's basketball team....GO IRISH... and thank you Legends of Notre Dame for a great start to our evening!!

My drink choice was Stella draft from the menu and was told it was all gone. My dinner choice was baby back ribs and was told it was all gone. My Caesar salad with salmon was good but the portion of salmon was extremely thin and small for the price.

Went to Legends Sunday Dec. 2 at 6 pm, intending to watch the Notre Dame v Michigan hockey game. The game was broadcast on Peacock. Legends doe NOT offer Peacock...not good since going there to watch sports that are only on Peacock could be a draw. Legends could advertise this because many local fans do not subscribe. Very disappointing!

Service was rather slow -- like many places these days, they appeared to be understaffed. Food was mediocre: chicken caesar wrap was very small and not much flavor, fish & chips just so-so, with mounds of uneaten french fries, cole slaw that was unremarkable and not much taste. Nachos and pretzel sticks were pretty good. Prices way too high: $20 for two pieces of fish, tons of fries, and blah cole slaw. All in all, disappointing.

My college roommate and I had a very nice dinner before going to the Women's basketball game against Chicago State. We both ordered the chicken tenders and fries and they were very good. Our server, Theresa, although new, was quite attentive and our meal was served to us within 15 minutes of sitting down. We got out of Legend's in under an hour with plenty of time to walk over to Purcell Pavillion to make tip-off. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. I would recommend anyone going to the basketball or hockey games to go to Legends if you want a rather quick meal before the game.

Had the Domer Burger and honestly, it was just OK. Had great service from the bartender, Annette!!!! She was swamped yet she was able to get my order to me within 10-15 minutes after ordering while I sat at the bar. The staff is quite friendly, including the young lady that greeted me who is from Tanzania, Namie(?).
