I really enjoyed this museum. And was shocked at how large the building and their art collection was. There were a number of exhibits closed thus leading me to rate it at four stars. They were closed due to them getting ready to move to a new building. It was free to visit. Exceeded my expectations for a free art museum.

This is a great museum!! It's big enough to spend an afternoon but not so big that you get tired or overwhelmed. They have a number of moving sculptures and sculptures that are well lit and cast amazing shadows. I was impressed to see they have a Georgia O'Keeffe, a John Singer Sergeant and a Joan Miro. There are 3 levels so keep that in mind as you're walking around so you don't end up doing 2 sets of stairs at once and they do have an elevator! They were very nice to us and pointed us toward maps. They have a cloak room so we could ditch our winter coats and be comfortable. Bonus: it's FREE (with a suggested donation of $5/person).

A great game day stop for us! Our kiddos LOVED spending time at the museum. We are planning a trip back next week so they can get a better look at the "Pinocchio Guy!"
