Came here to make a copy/fax pages and staff was pretty unhelpful. One was trying to help, the other clearly did not want to engage with customers. It's a pre-pay/self service printer which makes you load money up. It was my first time using a sophisticated printer, so I lost about 35 bucks trying to use it. I'm pretty sure the employees did not know how to use it either, as the machine stopped working and the girl recommended I go somewhere else.If you need help copying/printing/faxing, would recommend going to "pro copy and printing" down the street. I was in and out in a couple minutes, with a very helpful gentleman working there.

I've come to this location for years to print shipping labels as a seller or as a shopper needing to return some items. I guess I refuse to own a printer, but they're so reliable. I'm reviewing today just based on customer service. I've never had a bad experience, but today was above and beyond as it saved me some time at the post office and a little bit of money at FedEx. I printed my shipping label as usual and headed to the shipping materials area of the store and picked up some tape. I needed it for the label and to reseal the package. I'm at the counter and the sales associate asked if I just needed the tape for the label and I said yes. She told me I could just use some of the store's tape, and she gave me a label protector to stick on the package and add the label to. She really saved me so much time. I went to the post office who has a long line currently - the line isn't long but it's being held up - and went to a window to drop my return items off. It doesn't take much to impress me, but because she saved so much time and was very kind I had to leave a review. Thank you!

Kelly was kind enough to package 19 items that I needed sent out ground , I was willing to package all but she came in and was like don't worry we can do this for you Amazing service will come again

I was in a real crunch and needed a photo enlarged on posterboard. When I explained my situation, they rushed my order and I got it the next day. They couldn't have been nicer and more professional. Cassandra was patient and professional. Loren is a real pro and got things moving, and fast! It was especially impressive since they are short staffed several people.

I went in the fedex offfice in the City Center in Oakland on 4/5/22 to get a print of a return label I sent them through usa@ fedex.com email...this is what they gave me. the print is gigantic. I hope the barcode can still be scanned. it is going back to amazon via ups to be returned.

The manager and staff is really nice and always has good advice on prints.. I haven't been there in few months but every time I look at my business cards, I'm thankful for the memory of how helpful they were. Thank you!

I had to return my work computer via fedex. When I got there it was only 1 person in front of me and 2 people working. Long story short the Store Manager Ian was not having a good day at all. He was the person helping me with getting my package sent out. There was a young lady that came to help me at the very end I can't remember her name but thanks! Without her I'm sure this review would have not ended well at all.

Ian is the man! I usually have an issue when I go pick up the same equipment however this time I go to this location and Ian saved the day and my time! I had the tracking numbers but the equipment doesn't have my name on it! If it wasn't for Ian idk what would've happened thank you fedex for having someone like Ian.

If I could give less than one star, I would. We had to pick up a package from work containing a new laptop because fedex delivered it with instructions to get a signature. They got a signature from who knows who and we didn't receive the package. So we had to pick up a new delivery from the store and the company said just come with any ID and they'll give you the package. The fedex store employees were incredibly rude regarding my boyfriend's name. His name is legally changed but he hasn't updated his ID yet and he explained that to them. They made a huge deal about it saying well it doesn't match there's nothing we can do. Then they said the address didn't match either, but the address on the package was literally that fedex store's address. None of them recognized it and told us we couldn't take the package. Of course our HOME address didn't match that fedex location's address. The employees were rude, condescending, and intolerant.

I've come to this Fedex location several times to print things and return packages and my experience has been overall positive. I came to return a pillow and had to print out a bunch of return labels and slips and the lady at the front was nice enough to do it for me free of charge. The other time I came to print things, you should have the document ready on your email because u email a fedex email that will then send you a code that you type into the printer!

I can not believe the service I received from a FedEx office in Oakland. I was at the front of the line, in front of me was a Caucasian customer, I would have never thought of bringing that up until what happened to me. He was standing at the station being serviced by the FedEx Employee, a white FedEx employee. When it was my turn, I placed my envelope down with stickies of the addresses on his station. He pointed and he said go back to the front of the line and I will process this. At first I thought it was me but then he asked me to come and check what he typed in and added, but don't touch anything. I was so offended, but I didn't say anything because I was afraid he might do something to my package that really needed to go out. He then asked me to swipe my credit card and again, not to touch anything. I tried to call FedEx Corporate to report this rascist, borderline hate crime, but the customer service # just gives you the run around. I will make sure someone hears me out. Please share!!

They aren't happy to help you, they don't great you or even make eye contact with you when you walk in the door, and they make you wait for a really long time even when it's not busy.

I come to this FedEx store every single time I need to ship an order for my small business and I've never had an issue here! I love all of the workers, especially Kelly, but today I went in and as I was being helped, I witnessed a worker named Ian giving a young girl flack for not having a Government issued ID... She had her school ID, and was shipping something to that school. She stated that she did not have govt issue, because she was only 17. He just got angry at her and kept talking to her like she was a problem instead of a customer that he was happy to help. It made me uncomfortable to watch a young girl get bullied like that at my local store. This was at approximately 4:20 on April 20, 2021. He was dressed as a manager and if he is, I don't want to see him again because of how he treated this young girl.

This is towards all FedEx and their customer support service. Why give us a support phone number if your just going to give us a shitty virtual assistant that can not help with jack s*** to get me to an associate. Says my package delivered in the morning, mind you I have cameras all around house. It has not been delivered. Smh
