This bank never goes out of its way to help customers or businesses. Very disappointed in the new staff. Pulled up to the window line before 4, waited, then when I got to the window, it was 4:02 and they told me they were closed!! Time to find a new bank...

Deposited a cashiers check, was told I wont get the funds for a week and a half... okay.. couple days later I'm in indy getting gas and my card is declined... thankfully i had cash on me or i would have been SOL. Just tried to order a part online and got some whack text saying I have to try again because the bank thought it was fraud. Never had these d*** problems with 1st national. Will be taking my money elsewhere very soon if things don't straighten out.
