Just wanted to share that if you are not a patient you CANNOT board here. I'm coming in town from Florida for a wedding and looking to board my dog while in town. I saw someone asked a question about how much boarding is and noticed the practice didn't answer. I don't know how much it is but just wanted to let people know of their not a client, no boarding policy.

They're awesome, our dog Sissy got extremely sick from a stomach virus, . So I thought I called the vet we normally use, but when I showed up with Sissy, they said you didn't call us and our vet is not in, they said the couldn't do anything for her.So I called the number I called by accident, already running behind and another half hour more, they waited on us. Thank goodness I called them by accident, Sissy is doing great now thanks to the staff at Royal .Highly recommended them..

Very appreciative of Dr. Royal and his staff for the care all of my pets have received over the years. Yesterday, I had an animal emergency and made the trip to their office knowing my beloved pet was probably not coming back home with me. Dr. Royal was so compassionate and kind while helping my pet to not suffer anymore. Excellent hometown vet practice, would recommend this office to all pet owners.

I called him by accident looking for a vet to help my beagle. His messages said he was for emergency only on sundays and this is an emergency. When he called me back he said “I think you have the wrong number” I said , “yeah, but I could really use your help”. He said, “no, I only work with my own clients” and hung up. I understand him working with only his clients but I was in dire need and he couldn’t care less about what happened to my dog.

I had been to 6 vets with my Chihuahua/Shitzu mix. No one could figure it out. People were telling me to put him down because he was suffering. Then I found Royal Veterinary. They were amazing. The doctor knew right away what the problem was and it was cleared up in 3 weeks. Tango and I were so happy. I will never go to another Vet. I moved out of state but I still won’t give up on this Vet. I will bring them back to Indiana for any of their needs. It’s now a 6 hour drive there, but they ARE the Best. ♥️

We had an after hours c section on our frenchie and mr Royal and his assistant were excellent! We had one pup that I did not think was going to make it but they worked and worked on him and he pulled through! Excellent service!
