Trainers have poor leadership and training skills. They expect you to learn on your own by looking and not explaining in detail how the layout or required job should be they are careless and dont give you information of the time and hours you should be at training.

Worst Company to work at employees have a monopoly and do what ever they can to get you fired , trainers don’t even want to train new employees and ignore you very poor communication skills ??????

I really like it here, the work is easy, it's not too loud, hot, or cold. You're given a mentor to help you learn your job. Everyone there has been very nice, patient, and helpful, including management. The only downfall is it's dirty and there is some overtime.
