“I mean what's to say? This is where meat goes to be dismantled. This is our second time getting our 1/2 beef from them and it is always done exactly how we ask. I ask for mine to be lean and they do a good job making that happen. They are a bit out of the way for us but that's where our beef guy takes it and the beef he produces is top notch.”
