I am extremely disappointed with my experience. We had a start weight of 170 lbs a 1/4 cow. Our end weight was 88lbs with 55lbs being ground beef. The rest of the weight was laughable.

Bought a cow and had it processed there, ended up with not the whole 1/4 cow. Been a trained chef my whole 63 year life and the numbers don't add up. Only 3.7 lbs brisket, 8.2lbs tbone no filet, 3.7lbs rib eye, 5 lbs sirlion, 7.9 lbs round, and 55 ground beef. It looks like I and the other senior citizens that shared the cow with got ripped off. I tried reaching out to Chris the owner severabut he's not available

This was our first experience with buying a cow and having it processed. I made that clear when I the plant called and asked how we wanted our half of the cow processed. The lady who called had no issue going over the different cut options and I chose to do everything pretty “standard” because I had no idea what I was even asking for. Well, we go to pick up the meat and bring it home and it did seem like less meat than I was expecting but I know that can vary based on the cow and what not so I don’t have an issue with that. What I do have an issue with, however, is that we had no ribs. So I called and the person I spoke to said I had to specifically ask for the ribs…. Ok well no one ever told me that. So I started looking at other processing plants and discovered that’s how they all work. You have to specify to get short ribs, flank steak, stew meat, bones and organs. I just find it strange that I was never asked about organs or bones, yet I got them and somehow the part was completely skipped about if I wanted the flank, stew meat and short ribs, which I absolutely wanted and did not get. The lady I spoke with said “well they don’t have much meat anyways”. That’s nice. I would have appreciated having the entire half of the cow I paid for or at least been given the option. I will be finding a different place for the future and I would be wary of using these people if you are wanting to get all the meat you paid for. They must have been having a short rib cook out for the family and needed some extras.

Good workers and management. Good quality of work and products. We sent a pig, got a excellent meat back aftet 14 days. Good pack like from market. Workers are friendly friendly manager. Orleans processing is good. Good service.Actually I d lile Orleans town.

We got what we ordered, and the staff is friendly. Not sure what is going on with the roast. The last few were mainly bone, and we always have to cook two to get enough meet. Meet taste good, but just confused about the large bones and little amount of meat.

We just had a half of beef processed there. When we picked up the meat it didn't seem like enough. We weighted it once we got it home. We only received 160 lbs of beef out of our 514 lbs side of beef. We called and asked them about it. They said the beef was a little lean and they only got 51% usable product off the side.We told them they only gave us 160 lbs of beef not 250 lbs and they said we received what we should have. We told them you just told us we should have gotten 250 lbs of beef even though we expected closer to 300 but you only gave us 160 lbs. They had nothing to say except, you received what you should have.We will never go back there. Never. We get a 1/2 of beef every other year, but will never use them again.

We have ordered a half of a cow for many years and have always gotten between 250 and 300 lb's of meat. This year was the first time we used Orange county processing. We only received 150 lb's of meat. Almost a $1,000 for 150 lb's of meat is insane!! We will never use them again and I feel very cheated! We work hard for what we have and that's a lot of money to lose!!

We have ordered a half of a cow for many years and always have gotten between 250 and 300lbs of meat. Which is almost enough Beef to feed my family for a year. We used Orange county processing this year for the first time and only got back 150lbs of meat. Almost $1000 for 150lbs of meat is insane! I will never use them again and I feel very cheated. We work hard for what we have and that's a lot of money to lose!!

picked up a cow that was not ours. we've used a lot of lockers to take our angus, and this was the worst one in all the years.
