“I really appreciated that they were flexible with my budget and were willing to use parts I had previously bought when I thought I could do the repair on my own. They were also very quick to respond to messages and were very friendly both in person and over the phone. I used their online quoting system and highly recommend it. However the only thing I did not like was that the expected date of finish for my repair kept getting pushed back due to a headlight that they didn't know needed to be replaced until a couple of days in, I only wished that they had examined that sooner especially because I had brought it up during the quoting process. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jeremy and the service I received from their shop. Jeremy arrived quickly to tow my vehicle and was a calming force when I was a little shaken from the mishap. He later thoroughly explained the repairs that were needed, promptly ordered the necessary parts, and worked with my insurance company to get the process started. “I don’t normally write reviews this might be my first one. I had the hood of my Toyota Highlander fly up onto my windshield while I was driving on the highway, breaking the hinges and disconnecting the hood from the body. Found Quality Auto Body on Google and decided to give it a shot. The quality of service was fantastic! Sam at the shop was super friendly and very helpful! He explained what needed to be repaired and gave me options on how I would like to proceed. The price was very reasonable and the service was fantastic. I would say it was probably my best experience with an auto body shop. Everything about my experience was wonderful and I will be recommending this shop to my friends and family and I would recommend it to anyone looking for quality service. “They were awesome! Went in just to get an estimate. Said that buffing would help us get a better idea of what needed to be done and thought that buffing was all it needed. Was able to buff everything out and didn’t charge me. Even offered to wash my car for me! Would for sure recommend. I was in and out in probably 15 minutes.”
“My windshield on my 2026 Hyundai Palisade was cracked most of the way across the windshield. I took it for a replacement to the shop. They couldn't come to me because the windshield had to be recalibrated and it wasn't something they could do in the field. The windshield had to be ordered from the dealer, so my first appointment was canceled. The second appointment was set up after the windshield came in and they were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs a repair or replacement.”
