These people will cut the locks off of your unit and put theirs on! Even when you are paid up to date. With-in the first 2 days of rental our code for entry was removed and we had to wait for a temporary code to be issued the following day. We were not issued a new code for over a week later. USE CAUTION when renting from here. Also your spouse is not allowed into the unit unless accompanied by you ( the lease)

Their terrible . Especially this specific location . Somebody is scamming . I’ve been charged over $70+ for a 5x10 & everytime I call they swear they can’t find my information or my name when I purchased on their website . & the customer reps are RUDE ! I got charged $43 on Nov 16th then today $28 randomly charged to my card today . Mind you I still have no storage unit .

I had an awful experience with the service. I was assigned a unit that was already being used by someone. I was then assigned a new unit, and the door didn't work. I was finally given access to a unit that worked and then when I had my car packed full of stuff to store, the gate was broken. I called to request help and wasn't able to get connected with someone to fix the gate. The customer service person placed a message that was not responded to after 3 hours of waiting. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told that wouldn't be possible and that they would relay my message. No one ever called me to discuss the issue or let me know the gate was fixed. Thankfully I didn't have much stored yet and was able to easily close out my space with red dot and store my stuff with an alternative place in the area. I would not recommend using Red Dot.

Red Dot was very easy to work with and they keep your belongings safe. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. And if the need arises I will use them again.

I’ve been at this location for several years and the rent has almost quadrupled for no reason. I’m no longer a customer. There is no maintenance, the gate is always knocked down and was broke into not long ago. Save your money and go somewhere else….
