“I've encountered 2 great visits to Zolman's. 1st was needing all new tires with added new brakes. I needed all this soon as I was driving out of state. Done timely with efficiency. Next recent but urgent instance..car making a specific sound that could've been anything costly. Zolmans evaluated, drive car around, kept overnite drive again, yet sound could not be duplicated. Alignment done to bc car pulling to right . Cam bolts replaced. Lengthy explanation for a job well done. It is nothing short of professionalism from mechanic staff to front desk staff ensuring I was constantly informed. Thank you all!!!!”
“First time using Kyle’s and they did a great job. Rear brakes and an oil change. Not sure what they did but ever since they changed my oil in my 2012 VW Passat it stopped drinking oil. Usually I would half to add a quart a week and it’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t had to add any oil? Very close to my house and convenient to drop off and leave keys in the drop box. “My vehicle is a 2009 Grand Caravan. At 150K miles its ABS control module had an internal problem (Code C2200.). A new module from Dodge dealer costs $850. Plus another $165 to “program/flash/pair” with my own VIN. So I gambled on a used (scrap) module on Ebay. One dealer gave only 50% chance of success (still costing the $165.) Another dealer said reprogramming can’t be done on a USED module. False - they just wanted to sell me a new one! I turned to D.J. at North Side - who have a full array of scan tools. After some effort, they succeeded in pairing to my VIN, and charged me only $120. So it CAN be done! If you have a similar Caravan/Town & Country ABS problem, North Side is the place! “I recently bought some rims for our 5th wheel camper that are rated at a higher weight rating. They were a good price, and the reviews all said shipping was fast. The shipping on their end was in fact very fast. There was a problem with UPS, and the shipment was missed at the dock for a few days, but the folks at Trailer Set Go were VERY quick to call their commercial shipping contact at UPS and get it going. Everything was handled over email on our end, but they are very responsive. In the time of half an hour or less I was able to notify them that there was an issue, and they provided a solution within that time.If UPS had not missed the shipment, the rims would have made it to us (Central Michigan) within a couple days at most of ordering. Expect good prices, responsive service, help finding the right product for your needs, and fast shipping. Reputable business. Would definitely buy from them again.”
“Dispatch gave me a appointment for 8 am but They start at 6am it’s a 1st come 1st serve deal , there company trucks are priority but still your in and out fast, they asked for a strap . The place has 3 entrances (coming from the south) 1st entrance is for employee parking 2nd entrance The docks between the buildings are for shipping and 3rd entrance the docks at the north or for receiving.”

“I've had several services performed in the past with no issues, new tires, exhaust system work, and various other services, etc. This time I needed an alignment and oil change in my 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer LS 4.2. Appointment was at 10am and I arrived early, it's 2:45 in the afternoon now, I've been sitting here waiting for my truck to be finished. Service technician said outer tie rods needed replaced so I said okay. I did get my truck finished around 4:30 (6 1/2 hours) with an apology from the mechanic for the wait time, I did appreciate that, but nothing from the manager or customer service staff. The mechanic finished my truck, I picked it up and drove it around for half an hour or so, my truck still pulls to the left when I press on the brakes. I contacted them and brought it back in the next morning for a realignment, everything good now. Other than the long wait time initially they stood behind their work.?”
“Just wow! For warranty, I just filled out a warranty form from their website than submitted by email with pictures requested. An hour later, I received the approval they'll send back a tire right to my door within a week.”
