Exellent company. They got out to give me a quote by the next day and they got the job done a week later. Prices are more than reasonable, about $1500 less then one of the more popular businesses. Thank you for the great price and exellent service! Will totally recommend to anyone!

Contacted Ward's over the weekend, received a call back Monday morning about 7:40 a.m. I explained the situation that the garage will not engage with the door opener due to power outage over the weekend.She explained that they are very busy and someone would call me today 11/7 and possibly walk me through resetting the opener.During the call I set an appointment as well 11/14.Once again, I was told that someone would call to walk me through the reset.Well, so much for a callback. Today is 11/10 and "NO ONE" has reached out to help!Please don't advise a callback if none can call.Maybe someone else can help us figure this out!

I used them earlier this year to replace some springs on our garage door and was very impressed with the work that was done. They were able to get to it faster than some other places I called and the guy even oiled the rest of the parts on the door, making it much quieter. He could have saved himself a few minutes and I wouldn’t have known any different, but those little things show me that they actually care about the work that they do. I would definitely recommend them over some of the “bigger names” in the area

We highly recommend Ward's Garage Doors. Very happy with the knowledgeable help answering our questions before we made our decision. Tyler installed our door expertly with great "how to" instruction before he left our home. Our garage was left spotless and we are very happy with our new garage door.

While I had to wait a long time for the garage door to come in, the office kept calling me with updates every few weeks to keep me in the loop which I was grateful for! It’s really nice that they carry several door lines so I was able to get multiple quotes from Wards to compare brands. I ended up with a Haas and am very pleased with not only the door but the installation.

I live in Mishawaka. I had an old wood door with windows that fell apart one day. I replaced it myself with a door from Menards. Never worked right. I used the old track. Anyway, I put up with it for several years before it became just impossible to operate without an issue. These guys came out, quoted a new door with opener at a very reasonable price. The opener was the best thing I ever did as I am getting up in age. No more heavy lifting, just push a button, how sweet is that! I have a ring camera network around my house and the door opener works with that. I can open and close it with my cell phone! I was down in Indianapolis and was able to open the door when a buddy needed to borrow a tool. Price was right, craftmanship was outstanding, I love this new door and am still learning some of the "extras" it provides. Highly recommend these people.

Definitely recommend Wards for any work you need done! Price is always Fair, and no hidden fees! Even when I couldn't make it home from work for the appoinment, I trust them to do the work and respect my home
