“I took my car to my dealership for strange noises I was hearing. It took the Auto mechanic forever to get my part in, then he didnt call me when it came in. I had to call and check on it. I had to schedule it for repair 2 months later. They needed it for 2 hours and ended up with it all day and didn't repair it correctly. I called Hometown Auto and they got me right in. They repaired the problem with my car and towed it to get it realigned because the dealership had it so out of alignment. They towed it back for me and it drove wonderfully when I got it back.
