Superb service. Anytime I either update my tank or order the fuel. They are here at my residence in just a couple of days. Where we are at Indian Springs north bend Ohio campground. The driver is over the top and very professional. He is friendly and I highly recommend Ferrell Gas.

No problem with service. Lots of trouble paying bill. Online bill pay won’t work and husband went to office to pay bill and they weren’t open even though it was during business hours.

I put in an order when my tank hit 20% like they say to do. It was a 2 week out delivery. I ran out of propane like many others have. I called and they said I should have called at 40%. Thanks for the info after, even know website still says call at 20% Switched companies, been a month and still haven't picked up tank.

Well I was quoted a price so I paid the quoted price. Then a couple of weeks later I get a bill for $50 once again not a happy customer. I actually left Ferrellgas a few years ago because of same situations

We lease a tank which is quite expensive. We fill tank once a year since it's only used for an ambiance fireplace. Therefore our lease rate was almost doubled from when we first had the tank put in.
It's rusting. So I asked to have it painted. The request was put in last summer. I was never told there would be a charge for mileage. When I noticed that charge when I checked the status on line, I called and said I would not pay for them to paint their tank. Customer service removed the charge. But the tank has yet to be painted. We have propane service with another company at a different location. They do not charge to come out and paint their tank. And they actually showed up to do the job. Ferrell use to be a small company where I knew who I was talking with. Not anymore.

I have a gated drive and therefore request a call before delivery. Call came at 6:45am? I believe this to be inappropriate and unprofessional. Normal business hours should apply here, 8 to 5. I didn't answer but they came anyhow, before 8am. WTH? Then, my drive has a bridge over a creek and professional truck drivers cognisant of weight limits park on other side before crossing. Not this guy. Continuing, my drive is gravel except for concrete pad in front of garage. Again, professional driver would not drive a heavily loaded truck on pad. Yep, you guessed it .. Also, must say past service has been very good just not this time.
