Super rude staff at the Milan branch. Called because I was charged an overdraft fee for a mistake made by my auto loan company for setting up a recurring payment three months in a row in February. Was told because I paid the loan three months in a row that they would not wave the fee which is a lie. I have proof I paid the loan in march on the 5th then was charged a second time on the 7th that was then promptly refunded by my auto loan company only for the same mistake to happen this month because they did not take off the recurring payment. The women I spoke to at the Milan branch couldn’t make it past the fact that I wasn’t asking to be refunded the loan payment. They were super rude and abrasive talking over me anytime I tried to correct the fact that I wasn’t asking for the loan payment back but that my auto loan had simply made a mistake and tried to take out again. I was then told to ask my auto loan company for the overdraft fee back?! I will be closing my account come June when convenient for my expected deposits I have and not looking back.

First time loan applicant and they were super helpful and even changed the price twice for me without any complaints. I'd reccomend them to friends and family or anyone else for that matter ?

I really like this Bank they have great Bank tellers, friendly service and always very helpful as well ! Quick service and they go the extra mile to help you out too ! Very clean bank too !! I recommend this Bank to everyone!!!!!!!

Very helpful and nice tellers. I can do most of my banking online, but it's nice to not have to wait in line when I do need to visit the bank.
