I moved here recently and have had a great experience so far. Any problem I’ve had management has been quick to fix or answer my questions. It’s a quiet community and dog friendly. The apartment complex has made a far move so much easier.

My wife and I moved in January when we found out we were going to have our first born daughter since then the property team and Sheila have been awesome it’s quiet and everyone is friendly the loudest noise we’ve heard is our baby the apartment have a spacious design and allow plenty of space for my family to grow I recommend this place to any new expecting or existing families

I have been living here for 5 years. The new owners took awhile to get the right maintenance people, but they have done very well. My problems are addressed quickly and efficiently. Of course it would be nice to pay less to live here. But overall I am happy with my apartment.

Apparently, my review was deleted. I was a resident For a year during which Biggs was owner for 10 months i believe. Biggs was great! Cim which has changed to CYM was absolutely terrible! they wanted to raise the rent unreasonably and did not want to pay for repairs or do there best to delay.

New owners bought these. RUN. Price gouging like I’ve never seen before. They also require a 60 day (yes two month) notice for a move out- so good luck trying to get a new place scheduled to live in 2 months in advanced. Overall, shady company.They are owned by CYM living who was previously called CIM Living. They had hundreds of horrible reviews online under old name so it’s no question why they changed their company name……

They absolutely waste your time and aren't even trying to lease to individuals that actually can benefit from low income housing.
