Bought a crispy chicken salad on fri feb 21 and I noticed the best by date was feb 17 , very poor product for the price product was slimy and nasty, they need to pay more attention to the case and date . Come on do better !, the new manager is crabby and not very friendly like everyone else at that store .

Wow wow wow i have to start i love our ossian deli have been using for over 4 years they have always had a courteous staff great products great food and just fun to go in and visit ☺️ until now!
This newer manager Jennifer Tills ( i may have last name wrong) is the most condescending and rude person i have met in Ossian!!! She provides the only negative experiences i have had in the store! She is not genuine in her greetings or service!
I have seriously thought I don’t have to go to the store and that was my first reaction, but I’ve had time to think about it and I can deal with her because I genuinely love going into the store and seeing my casual awesome Acquaintances I have met throughout the years! I will not Let one bad apple spoil the bunch!
In talking with others after my awful experience with her, I am not the only one that feels this way so I have a feeling she will sink her own ship! She’s just not a very nice person and I will not deal with her. I will wait till someone else is available, but she’s not gonna take that awesome store away from me because of her behavior. I am bigger than that! Just wanted to share good luck people 😌

Stopped in for a pre-made salad. Always remember the big size for the price. NOT ANYMORE!! $6. The container is half the size and only half full!

Great food ..but lately maybe a new manager seems to be rude. My family has been going there for 40 yrs spending 300 a week. My husband fills up and travels forwork.. has been such a friendly place ..treated like family..untill recently.. he goes in early morning..sad..all other employees are so friendly not sure of her name ..

We love the deli in our small town little slice of good food great prices and good pops grew up here our whole lives and we love that our kids can walk down safely to the gas station and hang out if they wanted to

Wish there was more organization with the parking and pumps. It’s always super hard to get in and out of there during busy days. Half the time I wait to go to the one in Bluffton because I don’t wanna deal with it.

Gas? Sure, we all need to get gas and can pretty much anywhere. However, not every place has the cheesy tots like this place has cheesy tots. All their food looks and smell delicious. Get gas and lunch. You're sure to have a great day!
