Update: Jason (from First Harrison) called me Monday morning and wanted to apologize for my experience and wanted to check into the situation. So I told him what had happened, expressed my frustration and concerns and Jason said he would follow up with me later that day. Jason was true to his word and called me back later the same day. He restated that he was sorry for my experience and did not want to lose my husband and I as customers. He said that it was not something that should ever have happened. He was very sincere in trying to resolve our issue and I told him we would consider coming back if we could cash/deposit 3rd party checks. He assured me that we should not have had an issue with our check and there is no policy to prohibit 3rd party checks. They do however try their best to prevent fraud. So we have opened up accounts with First Harrison Bank again and hope that we can use any of the branches without issues! But I am grateful for Jason taking the time to contact me and work on resolving the issue we encountered. We appreciate tellers that want to prevent fraud, but also hope common sense will prevail in the future! Thank you Jason for helping us!

Lady in the drive thru wanted my father who is 78 years old has cancer and heart failure to come in to have a new bank card made even after we called ahead and had permission to come to the window. She was rude, unprofessional and made sure to take her time and leave us sitting as long as possible. I will be the person responsible for my fathers estate and financials when he passes. I had planned to open an account here myself to make the process easier but after the way she treated my father who has banked here for 30 years I believe I will make other arrangements
