Rented a 10' U-Haul van from this location. In and out for the pick-up. The return later that evening was a pain. The app closed twice on me while taking the stupid required photos. Nothing like having to start over twice, while it's 🌧️ 😺&🐶! Jeez!

Wheelz N Dealz was very easy to get the Uhaul reserved and picked up from. The location is easy to pull in and out of. I will rent again from him in a few weeks.

Tried to rent the truck, the facility doors were locked and we had to sit around for nearly an hour before someone showed up. Tried to return the truck, same thing. Internet wasn't working right there so I had to leave the key in the box and they've changed me THREE TIMES. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

Getting a one way truck was like pulling teeth. Had to travel to Indiana from Kentucky to get a truck.

This place has awful customer service. Have tried to rent here twice. Once, was a little late picking it up and they didn’t hold it. This time made reservation for 12, got there at 11 and at 12:35 still no truck. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

Thus U-haul place had a trailer I was needing for tomorrow and thankfully it was available and he was still open. Thank you. The guy was nice and friendly. That is a good thing.
