It is sad that you can’t reach a human when calling CVS. Patients should have the option to chose. You should not be forced to leave a voicemail when it comes to personal health. This is very unprofessional!! CVS needs to do better.

Says they close at 8 but when I got to the store they we're already closed and the door says they close at 7. Very frustrating and a waste of time.

I have got my medication for 23 years at the same pharmacy. They act like they don't know who I am like they have not filled the same prescription every month for 23 years. They are rude to me because of the medicine I take. Won't let you have another month of my life!

Sign on the window facing the parking lot says closed at 6 pm on Sunday. Website says sameGet there at 4:57 and they are already walking out the door. Told me they close at 5It wasn't 5 yet and they were already leaving.

My prescription is not covered by insurance. I asked the pharmacist for assistance for another drug that is covered. The doctor says ask the pharmacist. The pharmacist says ask the doctor. Therefore, I am not having it filled. There are other equivalent medications.

I live out of state and was here visiting and realized I forgot my medication. The tech (I can't remember her name but I wish I could) was amazing. She was so friendly and helped me get the situation resolved in a super prompt manner!

We stopped here when Captain Awesome wasn't so awesome about letting us know they get carsick so we had to get them some meds. I, for one, have gotten my dosage right. The store is neatly organized if a little small. It's hard to get everything everyone wants into one space but they've done a good job. The staff was also friendly, helpful, and quick. Kasen did not throw up in my car but he is a terrible driver. It was quite frightening.
