HHCU is an amazing place to bank. No ridiculous fees to transfer money from one account to another, amazing rates, and great loans. The workers are great and easy to work with. Also, great member benefits!

Never had a bad experience. The tellers are courteous, always welcome you with a smile. They helped to set up our online banking with a new joint account, changed our home address, and still asked if there was anything else we needed. And, being first time home owner, they made getting a loan very simple.

This place is horrible. I went to the bank to deposit money and the teller finished me up and I was on my way. I get a call the next day and they say that her drawer was short $300 dollars and that it went into my account. Then they made me come up there or they would put my account on hold (mind you this is on a Friday). So I had to leave more than half a days worth of work to take care of this matter. Then after it was all said and done they acted two-faced about it making it out like I knew she did and I just let it slide. I ended up having to give it back and nothing else. No sorrys or anything. I think it is just wrong I don’t think I should’ve had to pay it back because it wasn’t my fault. I should be able to trust my bank but I wasn’t able to. Let’s just say after this stressful day I’m CHANGING BANKS!!! Don’t come here they will screw you. They can’t hire tellers that can count how do you misscount $300?!?? But in the end it this is a horrible bank.

customer service sucks, $3 dollar fee (i walk everywhere i go, id rather walk 100 to 200 extra feet to another bank, which i do, and get my checks cashed for free, at ANY other paoli bank). charges $30 for failed paypal transfers when they are attempted with no money in the acct, basically a fee just to draw in money.

Customer service 800 , actual human, needs to be available M-F from 730 a.m until at least 8 p.m. Saturday 730 a.m. until 2 p.m.

I go there to cash a check that is theirs and they still have a fee on it that's ridiculous they can cash their own checks without a fee
