My daughter loves the Youth Aerial Silks class here! They do a phenomenal job teaching these classes making them challenging but fun for the kids.

From my personal experience I can tell you that MRS KRISTINA SCOTT she is one of the best binary options/forex managers I have met in a while. I had lost over $3000 on the advice of managers who have little to or no experience. Today I remain grateful to MRS KRISTINA SCOTT for coming through for me during my early days of trials and errors.

This is a great place - the classes are fun, and the instructors work with you to modify exercises as needed. Love the cardio drumming class!

I have only attended and participated in 2 classes - but I absolutely love them!! I have started with Cardio Drumming!! On a weight loss journey - knee replacement just over a year ago, need the other one done - but movement is great and I don’t feel awkward making the necessary modifications!! Looking forward to trying out some of the other classes!!

I highly recommend this place. It's the best place to get a in shape. They offer an amazing menu of workouts...Kangoo, aerial yoga, bungee, silks, boxing just to name a few. Try it....you will LOVE the results and the journey getting there.

This was an amazing experience. Did the beginners Bungee class and do not regret it at all! I can’t wait to make the 1 hour and 40 minute drive again. Our instructor was amazing! 10 out of 10 would recommend! Someone bring bungee fitness to Fort Wayne Indiana!

My mom and I were obsessed with watching the viral bungee workout classes all over Tik Tok and we were on a hunt to find a place near Indy to try it out for ourselves! Well, this is one of the only places that offers this super fun class! Bungee is awesome because it's low impact for knees and back and you can pretty much make it as hard as you want (it's also super fun because you are full on flying through the air). We've taken 2 classes so far and everyone at the gym is awesome, they really take the time to train you and help each individual master the moves. Besides bungee, they offer a vast variety of classes. And not just normal workout classes, but ones you can't find anyone else! The gym is very clean. They clean equipment after each use. You wear your mask until you get to your "anchor" in the mat. They also have the cutest café inside!
