Would have given more stars, but wasn't able. I had an alternator go bad on new 2023 truck and had been stopping every hour to recharge battery to get to Muncie, IN (from Texas). 15 minutes before closing i pull in to see if I could charge my battery 10 minutes and pray i make it from this store. I was having to drive at night without lights because that woukd drain battery faster. 3 gentlemen and a young woman were so very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to charge my battery passed closing to insure I make it. They even went so far to give me a used pair of jumper cables in case I did get stranded. Frustrated from my 2023 truck, but stopping at this location made everything less stressful. Im grateful for these employees and while im working in Muncie, this will be my store for any vehicle needs!! Thank you 3!!

Huge shoutout to Jennie. I have talked to close to 40 people today looking for a belt that I was told doesn't exist, our that the rack on the vehicle is not serviceable. Jennie found in about 5 minutes, it'll be here Tuesday!

Always receive wonderful customer service at the Pendleton location. Had a Monday morning flat tire. We went to put our spare on and the jack was missing. So we stopped, aired up our tire on the way & made it there before the store opened. Once they opened they helped us with purchasing a jack and helped also with a lug wrench and getting the lugs loosened. Always very kind and helpful. Thank you for always going above and beyond.

The team at this AutoZone is so helpful and friendly. Typically auto parts stores are cut and dry. You go in, get your stuff, and get out. But the team here immediately greeted me when I came in and offered me options that were best for what I need. I trust this team to get me the right items without trying to push anything onto me

Jennie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My check engine light was on and she was able to give me the part info and it was IN STOCK! She also helped me find the correct bumper retainer and showed me how to install it. Amazing! Thanks Jennie!

Jennie H. deserves a raise. Saw us out front replacing headlight bulbs and came out to bring a clip tool and a better socket set to make life easier. She helped for 10 minutes and told us to continue using her tools and bring them back when finished. Definitely went above and beyond. The definition of good customer service

Jennie H. went WHY BEYOND her job description! She promptly followed me down the aisle to assist in selecting the correct product and purchase. Totally impressive was how she took it upon herself to check ALL FLUIDS, refill the reserve, and, then, noticed another issue that existed. Jennie H. recommended a local mechanic and penned instructions on how to handle the situation. So appreciative of her expertise and willingness to help. Employees like her are hard to find.
