“Bought a prime rib for the holiday. It was prepped just the way I asked (bones cut off & strapped back on). Great marbling & cooked up perfectly! Also bought bone in pork chops but haven't gotten to those yet. The ladies behind the counter were great too. I'll be back soon!”
