I was in need to purchase something for my husband’s upset stomach, so I quickly ran into CVS for my second time ever (because where I had recently moved from did not have any) and was able to quickly find what I needed and head to the self checkout..as I was checking out I realized I wasn’t getting the discount that I saw, so I asked the clerk for help and I received such a kind and helpful response and was well cared for and after signing up for CVS extra care savings, I received the discount and left with a smile on my face and decided I will go back again, and even take my prescriptions from my old pharmacy to CVS.
When you’re helped and received kindly you want to go back to that place!

This store is always clean and organized. The staff is usually very polite and helpful.
You won't be disappointed if you stop in for a quick shop or shopping for a cart full.

Fights with you over GoodRX coupons. Won’t fill as many pills as coupon states but charges the same.

CVS pharmacy is absolutely terrible. You call to get ahold of someone to check on your medication especially if it is pain medication following discharge from a hospital. You get automated voice crap. Sit on the phone for 10 minutes giving it information needed to pull up your meds, have it ask you to repeat yourself 2-3 times cause it can't understand basic English, have it cut you off cause if anything makes a sound around you it thinks your talking to it, only to leave a voicemail and have to wait around an hour for a call back. Worst pharmacy ever. If you value your time, don't waste it here.

I believe it is absolutely ridiculous that you cannot call and speak to someone. I called twice with a recording that said someone would get back with me in an hour five hours later I had to drive 15 miles just to see if I had a refill. This is the most ridiculous system I’ve ever seen. Just because people are too lazy to answer a phone.

I was traveling through Pendleton on a two week vacation and realized I had left all my meds at home. The ladies at this pharmacy were so helpful and efficient in getting my refills covered and filled asap. Awesome service!!

Dont bother they wont even help you at the pharmacy theyd rather shove off the problems onto someone else im not even on a controlled substance i was just trying to get my birth control that ive been taking the same way for 8 years now and they act like they cant help me

I have been shopping at this location regularly for over 10 years, stopping in several times a month for medication as well as routine items. Staff are generally friendly. Suddenly feel like I'm being treated like a shoplifter. Very disconcerting. Staff moving aisle to aisle to watch me, then making up bogus excuses to stand next to me while i browse. Don't know if they are trying to tackle some kind of problem they are having, maybe they will start locking items up next like other branches. Very effective way to lose patronage, i can fairly easily spend my money over the next 10 years somewhere else.

The only issue I have is that the CVS App states a time when prescriptions will be ready, and it’s frustrating when the projection isn’t met. AI not being so intelligent? The staff there are always so friendly and helpful!
