The lady doing my hair cut was too worried about leaving than doing my beard cut properly. I had to tell her the beard was lopsided and she huffed about it. Did a rush job on everything, wont be coming back, ever again.....

refused to do my sons haircut because he was crying… he is 2 and scared of clippers. i understand that safety is a concern but he’s had several haircuts again and his behavior isn’t going to get better. the lady told me that “he just needs a nap” but as his mother i know when his nap time is and it not anytime soon.

Got my hair cut today. Lauren was my hair stylist, and she did such a fantastic job. Jill was my hairstylist for the longest time, and she has since left. I was worried about finding someone who does a decent job.

Really needed a good cut. It’d been a while. I got right in. Couldn’t have asked for a better stylist who listened, suggested, and instructed. Quite pleased with the results and will certainly go again.
LATER - depends on who cuts. I will NOT be going back EVER. I don’t know the woman’s name so I can’t tell you who to avoid.

Come here all the time for haircuts and they always do a good job. Today I decided to let them trim my beard. I always do my beard work myself but I was short on time. I left with an uneven beard and 4 slices on my neck bleeding. I recommend getting haircuts here but don’t let them touch anything below your ears.

If i could give 0 stars i would, worst customer service ive had i a long time. Greeted by a lady who clearly didn’t want to cut hair and didn’t want anyone waiting on her. Was told a 30 minute wait when i was the only one in the waiting room. I swore to never use great clips 8 years ago and NOW i remember why. Terrible company. Stick to your small businesses folks.

I had frequented Great Clips for sometime, but 2 years ago became ill with stage 4 Cancer, and have undergone extensive Radiation and Chemotherapy Treatments, and as a result have lost quite a bit of hair and strength to even sit in a chair for services. This past weekend, on my 70th Birthday, I wanted to get a haircut to at least look as good as possible in case someone would come to visit. The young lady that cut my hair looked like she was only 12 years old, but had the heart of someone many ages above her appearance. She was caring, and very accomplished in her treatment of me, and when I left......she refused payment. My receipt said "Clips of Kindness". How do you thank someone that refuses payment for services and does it because of the kindness in their heart. It warmed my soul more than can be put into words. I can not stay enough about this company and/or this young lady. My visit was a Blessing, and I will never forget the experience.
