The staff was very friendly, and the service was excellent. I was impressed with how quickly they got my vehicle in and finished the oil change. They swept out the floor and washed the windows. Great job!

Loved my experience at the Pendleton Jiffy Lube. Extremely fast service. They attacked my oil change like a hungry baby attacks a bottle. Happy to spend a little extra money for the fast service. I think I was in and out in 20 minutes. Definitely going back for oil changes.

Just wanted to leave a review of Jiffy Lube. I went in last week to just get a check on the fluid levels of my car, only to find out my car had a myriad of issues that needed to be addressed. I panicked because I had a flight that day and needed to get to the airport. The techs, mechanic, and office staff were AMAZING, calming my fears and even offering to personally get me to the airport if need be. I left my car there and had someone pick me up and take me to the airport and when I called to tell them I wouldn't be able to pick it up until after business hours, the office staff asked how my vacation was going. They remembered! It was just nice to be able to trust my car in the hands of a business that I knew and felt had my best interests in mind. Kudos to the entire Pendleton Jiffy Lube team!

Local place that always keeps it decent. Rotating staff but never had a bad experience here. Quick, thorough and friendly. This place is what u expect when u pull in, and it continues to get my business as a result.

Very friendly crew! Service was very fast! I emailed a $16.00 coupon from the Jiffy Lube website, but it did not work. The gentlemen gave me no issues and took off $20 for my oil change. I will go there again for sure!

I have 3 cars and change oil regularly. You lost a long term customer.
Update: the owner of this location quickly reached out and did Everything to correct the bad experience I had. Still frustrated by the treatment by the person on the floor, but appreciate the attention to address and correct the concerns
