Was traveling from out of town, car started to misfire, found this O'Reilly's store. Bought a coil and plug. They loaned me the tools and it was fixed in less than 10 minutes. Young man behind counter was super helpful and courteous. Made it home safely. Thanks again for all the help. Very much appreciated.

Great place …. Very knowledgeful answered my question very fast ,,,gentleman behind the counter named Tim great guy I’m working on a fabrication there’s no part number to what I needed. He figured it out and helped me 100% till the job was done.

If you ever need help with anything go here and talk to Johnny. I had a coolant hose crand they didn't have one in stock so he sent 1 of his guys to go pick it up. I was 40 miles from home and Would have been in big trouble. Even let me borrow some tools

Great service, this will be my go to for any car needs. My battery died and needed replaced, I initially went to Auto Zone, but an employee there told me they couldn't do it because it'd take 30 minutes or more and because of the complexity if something went wrong they'd be liable. They even said "maybe O'Reilly would help you."They jumped my car and I went around the corner to O'Reilly; sure enough they helped me. Took the associate there 3 minutes to unhook the bad battery and another 3 to connect the new one; car works just fine.

Never will I ever send another dime I’m this place it used to be number 1 in my option but they “ordered” me a gasket 3 times and it never showed up called day after day and they said sorry we will order it again and after the 3rd time they had some employee drive to Muncie to get me the wrong part…. Fire blue hair girl never had a problem till I saw her in here but not to fear Amazon got me right the first time delivered to my door the next day cheaper than you shocker?

Friendly staff is helpful...much better than Autozone or Advanced Auto.

I visited this O’Reillys because the autozone failed me. “Get in the zone, Autozone” more like “get in the zone and go to O’Reillys” The workers were super helpful and nice. The store was clean and smelled good too. Unlike the dirty autozone. This place is the bomb . Com
