The facility is clean, secure, and has 24 hr easy access (with really good lighting at nighttime too). Jacob is always friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend.

Square Box Storage is always very clean and the grounds are well maintained. If I ever have a question or concern I can always call Jacob and he always goes out of his way to help me. I would recommend Square Box Storage to everyone who is looking for a storage facility.

I have used several local storage units but Square Box has definitely been the best. Jacob has always taken great care with any minor needs I had. The best thing is he has been on site in the office everyday and keeps the property pristine looking. I never had a price increase in the time I was there unlike their competitors. I always felt my unit was safe and secure. I drove a few extra miles from Indianapolis but it was worth it. I highly recommend.

This is a new facility with good, friendly and responsive help. Price is ok. My 2 issue are that the advertised size is not correct the 12'x45' is actually 11'6" x 43'8" and the turning area to get straight is about 15 feet too short. I literally have less than 4" in back and about the same up front, that should be more than a foot as advertised. The missing 6" in width also keeps me from being able to open my RV door inside the unit. SquareBox should change the listing to accurately reflect what usable size you are renting. With a 10' door you have too get exactly straight with your spot to get in. Most newer campers end up being more than 9' wide when you factor in the canopy rolls on both sides of RV, that is very tight even for seasoned RVer's.

Read the fine print, if you don’t give them a 10 day notice that you want to end your rental, they will keep your deposit. I can see this if the place was full but there is a lot of empty units.

Square Box Storage is a great facility with great management. Jacob was extremely helpful in finding the unit size and location that fit my need. When I had an issue with my lock (not their fault) Jacob was extremely helpful in getting it cut off and me back in my unit.
