I love this bank, especially because the tellers are available until 7 pm. This works great for my work schedule. What I don't appreciate is the constant hounding via email and text messages from Kevin Wright to leave a review. I politely asked for this to stop, unsubscribed my email, and marked it as spam. Now that email is blocked, I am getting texts. We ask for reviews of our family business, too, but not repeatedly 15+ times. Here is the review you begged for...

I’m 13 and opened a savings account here they were very nice they explained everything very well said if I ever have any questions just give them a call it was easy but did take a while because they have to explain stuff and everything highly recommend opening an account here

Impeccable customer service. Everyone here is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and just overall helpful in every way. I go out of my way to come to this branch as there is another Star Bank closer to my home, but I would never give up my experience at this branch. Highly recommended.
