I recently had a storage unit at this facility, the woman working, Kristen was incredibly helpful. I had a ton of questions and was looking at multiple facilities and I chose this one because I felt I could trust her.

Good storage facility. They show no loyalty to long time customers!!!! Constantly raising your fees. I was with them for 10 years seemed like they raised my rate 2 times a year. Started at $80 was at $152 and they were going to raise for the 2nd time this year to $168. No thanks!!!! I vacated!!!!

I called the call center and rented a unit within 10 minutes. We were moving stuff into storage the next hour with no problem and at a great monthly rental amount.

Easy process of obtaining the unit. Great prices as well as nice clean unit and grounds. The free lock provided was an awesome bonus ( inside unit )Dealing with the office over the phone was very polite and helpful.. I will definitely recommend this facility to others.

I have not only enjoyed meeting the SROA staff members but I appreciate their consistent kindness and efficiency. They are knowledgeable regarding storage options and are so patient with questions about system processes. They inspire confidence.

Truly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was overcharged and given a unit with a faulty latch which injured somebody trying to open it. I’ve been trying to get this corrected for weeks. In that time my second unit at the location (purchased before this horrible company took over) has been charged again even though I’ve moved out of both units and have been trying to cancel before the charge date but once again cannot get in contact with anyone that works there. I have called at least ten time, emailed three times, and even contacted the national customer service in hopes it may help but I still have not heard back. DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE.

Phone number does not work, website does not work, when you go there in person there is only a kiosk which also does not work.
