“While I haven’t taken a vehicle here in a couple of months, this is the only shop I trust with my vehicles. They have always taken care of me. If by some crazy turn of events they weren’t able to fix the issue the first time, they always do what they can to make it right. My friend and his parents have taken their cars here for years and that’s why I started bringing mine here. I have since then recommended them to my father who, while he has only taken a vehicle here once, is more than pleased with Mitch and his crew. I have even recommended them to a company I previously worked for when my company vehicle had issues and the company expressed to me how great they thought the crew working here is.I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone who wants their car worked on and repaired correctly.
Update: nothing new to really say. But wanted to thank the crew for taking care of a new vehicle I acquired quickly and professionally. These guys are great. If I could give them 10 stars I would.”

“JJ, his brother, and friend George are absolutely amazing. My tire shredded and my rim was rusted to the wheel hub. It was impossible to get the tire off. These guys came out and helped us get the rim off and spare on within 30mins. Absolutely grateful for these men!”

“I was Broke down on 69 very dark and on narrow shoulder with no power and the coldest day ofthe year so far. I thought it was going to be a problem finding me, but driver Chris found me with no problem. He was a super cool person and very professional. Garner towing rates was very reasonable. I give them 2 thumbs up along with the 5 stars.”

“Someone blew a stop sign and hit me. RnG Towing was there extremely fast, under 15 minutes I believe. Customer service was great. Getting my car out to the body shop was easy and straight forward and RNG was very accommodating during the whole ordeal. Ignore the 1* reviews from the double digit credit score people that can't follow parking instructions then get mad when there's consequences for it.”

“My daughter blew a tire on her way up here to Michigan, I called my OnStar service and they were expected to arrive in 1 1/2 hours So I searched google and found Rick's towing right up the street from where my daughter was stranded, I called them and they were there within 15 minute Changed and inspected my daughters spare tire, Took them about 15 minutes to get her back on the highway. I want to thank Ricks Towing for the awesome service, I didnt like the thought of my daughter and grandson sitting along the highway And they also took my credit card info over the phone so made life very easy Again Thank youServices: General repairs & maintenance”
