Ran my card, pulled out the sprayer, hit the water and the whole nozzle fell off. Already paid, so had to wash with no pressure. What a joke...

Paid for best wash because I wanted underbody and it didn't work. Then pulled in and it started the cloth towels without any soap on my range rover.
