I have had to wait in a very long line inside the store (the length of an entire isle) the past two visits. They have closed the drive through window. while waiting in the line I hear people talking about the fact that they have been trying to get their prescriptions with no success. The woman in front of me in line looked so miserable due to having all her teeth extracted a week ago and this was her second try at getting her medicine for pain at this pharmacy! She got up to the counter (after her 45 min. wait in line) just to hear that the medicine was not all ready, and they were still working on one prescription! It is obvious that this pharmacy does not care about their customers needs - many with real pain or health issues requiring regular medication.I will know that they truly appreciate their customers when CVS fixes their poor customer service issues in the pharmacy. I will need to go back to pick up my husband's medication again and I am dreading it. Making the kind of money they make on drugs across this country, there should never be a wait or inconvenience to the customers paying for high cost of their medications.

They suck so bad they don't. Care about your health they didn't have the medicine that I needed so I had to drive to Kokomo then after I got there they sent me message saying it was ready pick up here n peru n I was just there n they said out of stock. Liers

There is nothing " convenient" about this store, massive wait time every time we have been there. Drive up wait times up to 2 hours and for them to answer the phone, forget it. It's faster to drive to Logansport or Kokomo to get prescriptions filled. And talking to corporate doesn't help either.

In spite of having an appointment, my Mom had to wait over an hour for a drive through COVID test. Good thing she wasn't sick - just needed test for upcoming surgery. "Anyone can take a reservation, the key is holding the reservation." Unacceptable.

Consistently Horrible service. I'm literally on hold right now on a Saturday, October 3, 2020 & I have been on hold now for well over 42 minutes. It's 2PM. Because, yet AGAIN, they have erroneously tried to run a drug thru ins. That they KNOW ins. has NEVER PAID FOR! Then prior to this incident; Patty, one of the pharmacy techs FLAT OUT LIED repeatedly about not having an antibiotic in stock when my hospital case worker had just finished speaking with the Phamacists who admitted they DID have it in stock & would be filling it immediately. Upon phone contact with "Patty" Instead of checking first; she immediately became rude and curtly scolded me by saying "I've already told you we don't have that in stock!" Before she even checked at all, then made an excuse that she just got back from Her break. Scripts are NEVER done when they say will be. Again, I'm STILL ON HOLD AND ITS BEEN WELL OVER AN HOUR NOW! There's NO EXCUSE FOR THIS. Hire more people because their customer service is terrible!!!! Also, buyer beware if you pay for your scripts ONLINE and then go to pick them up they are lying abs saying they have no record of prepayment. I had the digital receipt as well as the email receipt yet they said unless I pay for script again they would not give me the script I had to pay for it twice abs have never been reimbursed yet. This Peru pharmacy is a nightmare.
